Contract cosmetics manufacturing means producing a brand's products in a certified third-party facility rather than its own. KCM Pharma manufactures to ISO 22716 (cosmetic GMP) standards at its 4,000 m² facility in the Ankara Anatolian OIZ, taking on formulation, raw material sourcing, filling, packaging and regulatory filings — leaving the brand owner free to focus on sales and marketing.
If you have an existing formula, our technical team reviews it for manufacturability, raw material availability and regulatory fit, adapting it for scale-up where needed. Your formula is handled under a confidentiality agreement and used only for your brand.
Batch size is the single biggest driver of unit cost in contract manufacturing. Because raw material purchasing improves and line set-up time spreads across more units, cost falls markedly as volume rises. With an existing formula, production planning typically takes 2–4 weeks. Packaging procurement is the longest item in most projects, so we recommend settling packaging decisions early.

In contract manufacturing the formula usually belongs to the brand owner or is developed exclusively for them. In private label you select from the manufacturer's tested formula library and the product is made under your brand. Private label is faster and lower risk; contract manufacturing gives a more distinctive product.
