For cosmetics produced for overseas markets, KCM Pharma prepares formulation, labelling and documentation in line with the destination country's regulations. The certificate of analysis, ingredient declaration and technical file required for export are provided alongside production.
Destination regulation shapes the formula
A raw material that is unrestricted in Türkiye may be limited in the destination market; preservative systems, UV filters and certain botanical extracts are regulated differently from country to country. Export projects therefore need the destination market settled before formulation. Later changes can require stability testing to be repeated.
Labelling and language
The ingredient list, warnings, batch number, expiry date and responsible person details on the label are set according to the destination market's rules. Where multilingual labelling is required, space must be planned at the design stage — which also affects the packaging size decision.
