This notice explains how KCM Pharma processes personal data under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. It covers the data you submit through quote and contact requests on this website: why it is processed, who it may be shared with, and what rights you have.

Data processed and purposes

  • Identity and contact data (name, company, phone, email): assessing your quote request and responding to you
  • Project data (product category, volume, packaging preference, target market, notes): feasibility assessment and pricing
  • Technical data (IP address, browser information, visit records): site security and performance measurement

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the Law — namely that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller — and, where explicit consent is required, on the consent you provide.

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to fulfil your request, with our email and hosting service providers and, where legally required, with competent public authorities. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period

Data submitted with a quote request is retained for the limitation periods prescribed by applicable legislation following conclusion of the request, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
  • To request correction where it is incomplete or inaccurate
  • To request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law
  • To object to an adverse outcome arising from automated analysis of the data
  • To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

You can submit requests relating to your rights to info@kcmindustry.com. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
